This is a remake and study of Reform Collective's award winning agency website landing page. Things I noted was the amount of little details that goes into an award winning page. The use of layouts and logic paired with animations is powerful which shows the navmenu.
I also spent lots of time getting the motion correct with the eases and tools I had in hand. Overall I feel much better equipped to design and develop much more complex websites like this one.
The Linux Lab Many areas and places in tech assume command line knowledge without properly teaching it, leaving students struggling with fundamental skills. The Linux Lab is an interactive browser-based platform that teaches command line skills through a simulated Linux environment. Creating a useful resource for those looking to begin learning Linux.
Frontend Work As the frontend dev, and working closely with a backend developer, I took time designing and building the majority of the frontend without reliance on frameworks.
What I learned Early in the project I had to come up with a custom solution which ended up being a heavy class based OOP inspired component system. I also created an event-driven system to coordinate between the terminal simulation, lesson progression, and user authentication. I also had to design and implement a sort of CMS with progress tracking and cross-module navigation. Overall this pushed me and made me be as creative as possible to solve problems.

Welcome to the world of Linux!
Overview Built productivity app where users describe tasks in natural language and AI automatically creates schedules events. Developed and designed the API's and system - from database schema design to Google Gemini AI integration. The app processes conversational input like "dentist appointment Tuesday 2pm" and handles all operations like rescheduling, deleting, updating existing tasks.
Some things I did with Next.js include AI rate limits, Auth/OAuth, real-time calendar updates, and the backend logic with natural language input functionality. Responsive and clean and satisfying UI both with shadcn and custom components with GSAP, Overall saves me time blocking my day and is a useful tool!
Overview This is a portoflio website showcasing the work of Moises Gante, a talented visual artist from Madera, California. I handled the complete development process, transforming the hist artistic vision into a professional digital presence that captures their aesthetic while leaving room for the art to shine.
This project was built using modern web technologies including Next.js, React 19, and Sanity CMS for content management. I handled the end-to-end process in Figma, creating wireframes and iterating on layouts before development. I implemented GSAP animations, smooth scrolling with Lenis, and a fully responsive design. The site features dynamic artwork galleries, an interactive hero section, and a headless CMS that allows for the longevity of the site.
Some Early Metrics The site achieved 500 visitors and 3,000+ page views and a 97 Lighthouse performance score. Throughout the month-long development process, I maintained regular communication and delivered a high-performance website that exceeded his expectations. We were both happy in the end and I learned a lot!
Working as Herbart’s client to develop my art website was great! He asked clear, detailed questions to gauge my thoughts and preferences, and was able to elaborate if I was uncertain or confused. Herbart was very efficient, and gave many progress update sover the span of the month we worked together. He captured my ideas amazingly, and went above and beyond in areas where I gave him creative freedom. The colors and animations of the website are very aesthetically pleasing just as I was hoping, so I’m happy with the results!
I created a design system for Viva Skateboards, a local skate shop in Madera, California. Though the work was never used, The project allowed for me to spend time learning about design and more about why design matters especially for creative development.
I followed a full process from a client brief, to moodboarding, to sitemaps+mobile wireframes, to design iterations and final prototypes. The project taught me a lot at how animations, design, typography, and art direction matter to the goals of a website and how we as developers can make that happen and create experiences.
While I did not implement it in code it taught me about the entire design process. And is now a strong reference and thing I keep in mind during all projects moving forward.
